Itinerary

On arrival at Maun International Airport, after clearing customs and immigration, guests will be met and assisted by our representative to their scheduled charter flight for their onward circuit air transfer to Dinaka where they will stay for 2 nights on a fully inclusive basis.

Dinaka is located on the northern edge of the Central Kalahari Game Reserve in the Hainaveld region. This region offers an authentic African bush experience featuring cultural tourism experience with the bushmen and remarkable desert landscapes inhabited by a wide range of desert-adapted wildlife, including gemsbok, springbok, giraffes and ostriches. Activities at Dinaka include day and night game drives conducted by a professional guide in specially designed safari vehicles allowing unhindered game viewing and photography. Birding activities with Dinaka hosting over 200 different bird species including the Kori bustard and pale chanting Goshawks. Guided walks conducted by San Bushman guides learning about their ancient culture and historical way of life. Year-round spectacular photographic opportunities from the underground photographic hides at Dinaka is a highlight. Activities at Dinaka seeks to explore the Kalahari as the wildlife ranges from giraffe to the antelope, small mammals like the honey badger, bat eared fox and porcupine to predators such as the Kalahari lion, cheetah and leopard.
