Itinerary

On arrival at Maun International Airport, after clearing customs and immigration, guests will be met and assisted by our representative to their scheduled charter flight for their onward circuit air transfer to Dinaka where they will stay for 2 nights on a fully inclusive basis.

Dinaka is located on the northern edge of the Central Kalahari Game Reserve in the Hainaveld region. This region offers an authentic African bush experience featuring cultural tourism experience with the bushmen and remarkable desert landscapes inhabited by a wide range of desert-adapted wildlife, including gemsbok, springbok, giraffes and ostriches. Activities at Dinaka include day and night game drives conducted by a professional guide in specially designed safari vehicles allowing unhindered game viewing and photography. Birding activities with Dinaka hosting over 200 different bird species including the Kori bustard and pale chanting Goshawks. Guided walks conducted by San Bushman guides learning about their ancient culture and historical way of life. Year-round spectacular photographic opportunities from the underground photographic hides at Dinaka is a highlight. Activities at Dinaka seeks to explore the Kalahari as the wildlife ranges from giraffe to the antelope, small mammals like the honey badger, bat eared fox and porcupine to predators such as the Kalahari lion, cheetah and leopard.

From Dinaka, guests will be transferred on road to Dinaka International Airport to connect onto another scheduled charter flight to Kanana in the Okavango Delta where they will stay for 3 nights on fully inclusive basis.

Kanana is centrally located on a private concession in the Okavango Delta. This area is home to a diversity of species, including many migratory bird species. A wide variety of activities are available at Kanana, including game drives in open game-viewing vehicles, mokoro excursions, motorboating, sunset cruises and game walks. Game drives occur in the morning and late afternoon continuing into the evening for night drives. Guests can explore the pristine waterways by mokoro or motorboat and enjoy the magnificent variety of bird, plant and reptile species found in the area. Kanana hosts a seasonal heronry that teems with activity from July through to the summer months, a true highlight for birders and non-birders alike. Guided walks are highly recommended and fly or spin fishing for tilapia, African pike and sharptooth catfish can be arranged for guests.

On check out from Kanana, guests will connect onto a scheduled flight to Kasane International Airport for a road transfer to Chobe Game Lodge where they will stay for 3 nights on fully inclusive basis.

The Chobe National Park has excellent game viewing both on and beside the Chobe River. Built along the banks of the Chobe River and the only permanent game lodge situated within the park along the Chobe River, Chobe Game Lodge is a perfect base to explore the Chobe National Park in game drive vehicles and sunset cruise down the Chobe River.

Today guests will check out Chobe Game Lodge and be transferred by road to Victoria Falls Safari Lodge for another 2 nights on bed and breakfast basis. Onsite inclusive activities offered are Vulture culture experience and Siduli hide overlooking the waterhole for photographic moments. Available on offer at an additional fee, guests are welcome to purchase dinner, lunch and drinks directly at the Lodge's Makuwa-kuwa Resturant, Buffalo bar and the Boma (guests own account)

Victoria Falls Safari Lodge offers luxurious accommodation 4km from Victoria Falls town and supplies amazing views of the Zambezi National Park, welcoming hospitality, and authentic wildlife experiences. The Victoria Falls Safari Lodge Estate houses The Boma Restaurant offering a complete cultural experience with dinner and entertainment showcasing Shona and Ndebele cuisine. Guests can visit the Siduli Hide at the edge of the Victoria Falls Safari Lodge waterhole. The vulture experience allows guests to see and learn about the importance of vulture species such as white-headed, hooded, lappet-faced and white-backed vultures. Optional additional for guests wanting to do activities off the estate, arrangements can be tailor-made to suit clients' needs, including adrenaline activities, tours of the falls, scenic flights and boat cruises at an additional cost.
