Itinerary
On arrival into Maun Airport, guests will be met and assisted with their connection onto light aircraft for their flight to King’s Pool camp, where they will stay for 3 nights on fully inclusive basis.
Kings Pool offers day game drives, night drives and walks. Walks are only undertaken during the summer months when the elephant densities are not too high. There is an underground hide looking onto a permanent waterhole near the camp and can watch game safely and close-up. This hide provides some amazing views of the wildlife, especially elephants which regularly frequent this water hole to drink and bathe. The camp also has a double-decker pontoon boat which cruises the Linyanti River, offering wonderful opportunities to view and photograph game and birds from the water. There are also a number of great above-ground hides in the area where you can view wildlife.
