Itinerary

Arrive in Victoria Falls and transfer for the scenic flight over Hwange heading to Nehimba Lodge for 3 night stay on fully inclusive basis. The itinerary begins with guests arriving at Victoria Falls Airport, clear customs after which they will be met and assisted with a connection flight to Nehimba Lodge in Hwange National Park. The flight will land at Shumba airstrip where guest will be transported to the lodge by road in a 4 x 4 vehicle.

By staying at Nehimba Lodge, guests have an opportunity to explore northern part of Hwange National Park yet another unique area of park. Nehimba Lodge is an authentic safari Lodge remotely nestled in a private concession northern section of the renowned Hwange National Park. Perfectly situated in the central game rich section of the park, offering complete, immersive wildlife experience. Guests may choose to relax on the lodge lounge area overlooking a waterhole, watching  over 50 to 200 elephants and other wildlife coming to quench their thirst. The northern section of the park is distinctly different from the southern part both in topography, habitats and species of wildlife. Explore this area by doing game drives, guided safari walks, night drives and spot out the various nocturnal species that can be found such as hyena, porcupines, civets or genet cats.  Take a leisurely morning drive to Mandavu dam before joining a variety of wildlife for a picturesque picnic brunch at the water’s edge.
