Located on the picturesque Xakanaxa Lagoon, Camp Moremi is an authentic safari camp combining warm African hospitality with superb game viewing. The Moremi Game Reserve is renowned as one of the best game viewing destinations in Botswana, and Camp Moremi has frequent sightings of lion, elephant, buffalo, hippo, giraffe, hyena, zebra, kudu, red lechwe, sable and roan antelope and many more.
Camp Moremi accommodates 24 guests in 12 east African-style safari tents, including 1 family room with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms connecting through an interleading door. Each en suite guest unit is built upon a raised platform with private decks offering views over the Moremi Game Reserve.
Camp Moremi's main area includes an expansive lounge built around a large termite mound and ebony tree, leading towards an extended library and private deck. These areas, including the elevated dining area, connects by boardwalk to the fireplace in front of the camp. A large sun deck and elevated observation platform afford unsurpassed views of Xakanaxa Lagoon. In the centre of the lodge garden is an expansive boma area from which guests enjoy meals and refreshments.
