Victoria Falls Safari Club offers the discerning guest a luxurious base from which to explore the surrounding area. The air-conditioned, modern and spacious rooms are decorated in an African style. The 16 club rooms and 4 superior club suites all have balconies that offer guests privacy and peace while overlooking a waterhole which attracts elephants, kudu, impala and waterbuck.

Victoria Falls Safari Suites comprises 6 spacious double-storey buildings, which include 3-bedroomed and 2-bedroomed safari suites, each with en suite facilities. Ideal for families or small groups travelling together looking for exclusive, comfortable, and spacious accommodation. All the rooms are fully furnished with self-service amenities such as a coffee machine, microwave, and refrigerator. The lounge area has sufficient seating to accommodate everyone, while a separate TV lounge means the kids and adults can have their own space. The patio overlooks a small waterhole which attracts bushbuck, warthogs and birds. A soothing place where guests can go sit to unwind.

Victoria Falls Safari Lodge includes 72 standard, fully furnished, en suite rooms, all of which have a private balcony offering amazing views of the Zambezi National Park. In addition, 3 of the waterhole-facing rooms provide even more stunning views, surrounded as they are by evergreen bushes with views of the waterhole, which attracts buffalos, hyenas and different birds. All of which can be spotted from the comfort of the guest's private balcony.

Lokuthula Lodges offer 31 self-catering 2- and 3-bedroom lodges. The lodges are split-level and open-fronted with drop-down blinds showcasing stunning views of untouched bushveld. A nearby waterhole attracts a wide variety of wildlife throughout the year. Warthogs, bushbuck and many species of birdlife are often seen in the area surrounding the lodges.

Victoria Falls Safari Lodge's main area can be used by guests of all the properties , except for the hotel swimming pool, which is for guests of the Safari Lodge only (the other properties have their own pools). The dining area at the main entrance is where guests usually have breakfast. On the second deck, meals are offered throughout the day at the Makuwa-Kuwa Restaurant and Buffalo Bar, which overlooks the waterhole frequented by elephants and buffalos while offering amazing sunset views. The upper deck has a beautifully decorated lounge with couches and computer desks. On the lower deck downstairs, there is a two-tiered swimming pool (for Victoria Falls Safari Lodge guests use only), spa and fitness centre, where guests can go and relax during their siesta time.

The Victoria Falls Safari Lodge Estate houses The Boma Restaurant offering a complete cultural experience with dinner and entertainment showcasing Shona and Ndebele cuisine. Guests can visit the Siduli Hide at the edge of the Victoria Falls Safari Lodge waterhole. The vulture experience allows guests to see and learn about the importance of vulture species such as white-headed, hooded, lappet-faced and white-backed vultures. Additionally, for guests wanting to do activities off the estate, arrangements can be tailor-made to suit clients' needs, including adrenaline activities, tours of the falls, scenic flights and boat cruises.
